Chief Strategy and Growth Officer & Consultant
Lane Line Recruiting exists to do more than place athletes—we help build trajectories. Our approach treats swimming not just as a competitive pursuit, but as a launchpad for long-term growth, brand development, and institutional alignment. Through strategic advising on NCAA recruiting, NIL opportunities, transfer pathways, and compliance, we empower student-athletes to make informed, confident decisions. The focus is always on tailored guidance, sustained success, and partnerships that deliver value beyond athletic performance. Every placement is intentional—designed to unlock potential and set the foundation for what comes next.
My Journey
The pool was where I first developed a competitive mindset and long-term focus. I spent my entire youth career with Scottsdale Aquatic Club, where performance expectations were high and commitment ran deep. As I progressed through high school, I knew I wanted to pursue a college experience that would challenge me both athletically and intellectually. By the time I entered the recruiting process, I had both the academic background and the swim resume to compete at the next level—but even then, navigating recruitment required intention, insight, and a strategic approach.
I realized that many athletes, regardless of their profiles, face the same challenge: knowing how to navigate a nuanced system and advocate for themselves in ways that align with their goals. That experience is at the heart of my work at Lane Line Recruiting. As Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, I focus on delivering personalized, high-trust guidance to athletes and families looking to compete at the collegiate level—especially those aiming to balance elite athletics with rigorous academics. We take a comprehensive, strategic approach to recruiting, helping each athlete understand their value, target the right opportunities, and approach the process with clarity and confidence.
