Jeremy Rosen

Chief Financial Officer & Consultant

At Lane Line Recruiting, I believe sports are more than just competition—they’re about building a personal brand, understanding your true value, and strategically positioning yourself for opportunities that align with your strengths and long-term goals. As a Division I student-athlete for the University of Alabama, I’m passionate about helping others navigate that same journey. My focus lies in fostering success, forging meaningful partnerships, and creating pathways that elevate both individual performance and overall potential. I’m excited to bring that mindset into my work as CFO, where strategy, relationships, and vision come together to drive real impact.

My Process

Growing up in Scottsdale, Arizona, I found my passion early in the pool. By age five, I was competing for Scottsdale Aquatic Club, where I competed for the entirety of my pre-college career. The recruiting process opened my eyes during my junior year of high school—I realized that if I wanted to compete at the highest level, I had to start carrying myself like I belonged there. I was not a sought after recruit at the outset, but through consistency, hard work, and full commitment to the process, I earned my opportunity to swim at the University of Alabama. Alabama offered more than elite SEC competition, and also gave me access to a thriving sports environment that renewed my interest in athlete marketing and long-term career development.

Coming into the recruiting process as a lower-profile athlete, I had to learn how to navigate the system and create my own opportunities. It took time, persistence, and a lot of trial and error to position myself for success. That experience shaped my passion for helping others do the same. As CFO of Lane Line Recruiting, my mission is to support athletes who might be overlooked—those who, like me, just need the right tools and guidance to break through. I want to help make the process more accessible, more strategic, and far less intimidating for the next generation of athletes.

Lane Line Recruiting: Helping Athletes Find the Right Fit

My own experience in navigating the recruiting system, and ultimately finding the right fit, fuels everything I do at Lane Line. I know what it feels like to be overlooked, to question your next move, and to chase an opportunity that doesn’t come easy. That’s why I’m passionate about making the process more transparent, empowering athletes to take control of their paths, and ensuring no one gets left behind simply because they didn’t have the right support. At Lane Line, I’m committed to helping athletes turn uncertainty into direction and potential into opportunity.
