Mountain Pacific Sports Federation

The Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) is a specialized NCAA conference created to support Olympic sports not fully sponsored by member institutions’ primary conferences. In men’s and women’s swimming, the MPSF is currently very small, featuring just two men’s programs and four women’s programs. Due to its unique composition and limited number of teams, swimmers considering MPSF programs should research each school individually and understand how their schedule and training environment align with national-level goals. The MPSF can be a strong fit for student-athletes seeking West Coast Division I competition within a focused, tight-knit conference structure.
