University Athletic Association

The University Athletic Association (UAA) is one of the most competitive and academically prestigious conferences in NCAA Division III swimming. With powerhouse programs like Emory, the University of Chicago, NYU, and Washington University in St. Louis, the UAA consistently produces NCAA champions, All-Americans, and top 10 team finishes at the national level.

What sets the UAA apart is its combination of elite academics and high-level swimming. Student-athletes in this conference train in professional-caliber environments while attending some of the nation’s top universities. Coaching is strong across the board, and many programs offer the structure, intensity, and support typically found in Division I programs, without sacrificing academic flexibility.

For swimmers who want to compete at the highest level of Division III while pursuing rigorous academics, the UAA represents one of the best opportunities in collegiate swimming.
